Our tool uses a scientific baseline approach to calculate your water needs:
- Base Intake: Approximately 33ml of water per kilogram of body weight.
- Exercise Adjustment: Adds roughly 0.35 Liters (about 12 oz) for every 30 minutes of physical activity.
